Error 6003 Problem

We replaced two old Roku Sticks with newer models, deleted the old devices and added the new ones. These are for our Living Room and Kitchen, then tonight went to watch our 3rd older Roku stick in bed, but we got the error code 6003.

We did as stated and removed the redundant listed devices, leaving just the two new ones and two spares. Now we're told we can't add the bedroom one back even though we have two spare slots available and the worst part, it's 18th March today and have to wait until 1st April!

Is this an April's fools joke? Our contract says we can have up to 4 devices connected (only using 2 at a time). It's extremely unfair to have to wait so long and we did as it stated.

Can you please reset/release the spare 2 slots so we can add our third device again.

Welcome to the forum. Best way to get that sorted sooner rather than later is to have a word with Live Chat, explain what's happened and see if they can sort something out your devices for you..
