Help every time I try to get a pass I get 4008

Hi @Anonymous User,

It's really quick and easy to change your card details. Just follow the steps below:

1. Go to NOWTV.com and click Sign In

2. Click on My Account on the top right of the page.

3. Click on Update Card details.Click on Change Card Details.

4. Enter your updated card details and billing address.

5. Click Update.

I get exactly the same problem - when I try changing my card details (which are all correct) I get a message in red text saying 'we are unable to validate your card details. Please check and try again'. I've entrered the information numberous times with numerous different cards and it still doesn't work. Absolutely rubbish
