Come on let's have it sorted paying for a movie pass can't watch a movie without getting 103 error code. Enough is enough sort out or automatically refund monthly pass costs

Could you tell us Is this happening with a specific movie or all movies
Also what device are you getting the error on and have you tried to watch movies on another device
