Error 103

Hi, I bought a weeks sports pass today and so far have been constantly interrupted by error code 103. Stopping me from watching the content I have paid for. I know I come across a little annoyed but I am! When you pay for a service to watch certain events. What is the point if it does not work. I have restarted internet box, Now TV box ect ect.....please help!

Welcome to the forum. Those errors often seem to correct themselves after a time so you may well find everything's working fine but if you're still having problems try opening the NOW TV app and going to the My Account screen and signing out of your account, then power down the box for 30 seconds, power back up, go back to that My Account screen and sign back in again.
