Hi my mum asked me to look at her now TV box that hasn't been working properly (I've never had any trouble with mine) when I turned it on she said look at the itv and BBC catch up app, you can look at the programmes available but when you click a programme to play it shows a purple screen with content denied on it, I've turned it off and left it a few mins but it just does the same, any ideas people ?
