Cant sign in to now tv app on my roku

Hi my name is Billy iv recently bought a roku and i got a 3 month pass i went online on my iPhone and registered for now tv i got my username and password then wemt pn my now tv app and tried to sign in but it was saying i had wrong password or username and to reset them so i done this several times and still no joy but it lets me sign in on my iPhone ?
PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME

Hi @Anonymous User,

 

It sounds like you didn't complete the account registration. 

 

Can you please use a pc/mac or laptop and sign into your account on the NOW TV homepage and then scroll down to movies or entertainment (depending on which one you want) then select "buy pass" and follow the onscreen instructions to complete your set up.

 

If you haven't applied your 3 month voucher code, you'll get the option during the process.

 

Please let us know how you get on.
