having trouble signing up for free trail

Want to sign up for 14 day free trail on my ps4 I got an email to get free pass and I have put everything on correct and it says theres a problem at the moment and to contact help

You are Signing up on a PC browser not the console browser...

Once the Java script heavy sign up is completed on PC... that scripting checks for over 18 age and UK billing... details from a Visa or master card by testing a 10p transaction to prove your an UK user...

 

You then Sign in ONLY on the console app with the account details in the application...

Account management requires PC power level browser...  (Console browsers block to much scripting... )
