Unable to watch now tv on ps4

Hi have just try'd to watch now tv on my ps4 when I try to log in it won't let me just says somethings not right give it a moment or check nowtv ect

Now I've checked on my android phone and it's all working fine on that I have tried clearing data on my ps4 and uninstalling the app still nothing was working fine a few hours ago please can you fix this issue for me ????

Sorry to hear this is still ongoing.

Can you please confirm you're in the UK, your PlayStation account is set to UK and that you're not using any VPN's or proxy servers.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. 

Can you please try turning off your router for a few minutes. Please then turn this back on again and try to re-connect. 

If you are connecting over WiFi, can you please got to network and set up your connection via the Easy option.

Thanks for both posting, sorry to hear you've had issues on the PS console, can you both try to reboot the console and also make sure your settings are all correct. Please check the location is UK and that the time and date are correct. Let us know if your problems persist.

I also have these issues stated "somethings not right - give it a moment" and have re-booted, i am in the UK and date and time is correct but stil does not work. Its works on all my other devices but PS4.

I want a refund if this doesnt work as this was the reason i took it for

Sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you've had.

Can you please try deleting the NOW TV app and all NOW TV files from the game data section before re-installing.

I have managed to get it working on my Apple TV which is a relief but not
on the Ps4 for some reason and I see this is a common problem. However I
prefer to use it on the PS4 anyway

Can you please tell me whether this is happening on all content you're trying to watch or when you're signing in? 

If it does only happen on certain movies, shows, please list them.

It happens when I am trying to watch content, it just does not play and is
connected to same network as my Apple TV so no issues on that side, just
problematic it seems working on PS4 but absolutely no issues on Apple TV
app.
