Is anyone else having problems with their now TV app on their PS4?
For the past 2 weeks I have experienced intermittent buffering throughout shows. It seems to be even worse now though. While watching a 90minute film last night it stopped to buffer 15times! Roughly 10 of these 15 times I had to close and reopen the app for it to stop buffering. I am a Now TV broadband customer also and get a constant speed of over 30mbs and do not have issues with any of my mobile devices.
When I phoned the support team they were not very helpful, and suggested I stop using Now TV through the PlayStation and watch it through a separate device.
This is not what I pay for!!
I have seen similar posts dating back months/years and followed all the advise suggested. However, this has made no difference.
