The PS4 app no longer allows me to log in, even though I know I am using the correct username and password (it works on Safari). I get the message "somethings not right - give it a moment".
I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, as well as restarting the PS4 several times. Neither seems to make any difference.
Please help me to fix the situation, as the PS4 app is the only way I use of the service.

Can I ask you if you have changed any settings to enable you to watch content outside the UK?
