I have recently signed up for Now TV, I have tried to sign in through the app via my PS4. However when I do try to sign in it says:
"Sorry, your sign in details are incorrect.
Please check your details and try again. Remember, the password is case sensitive."
I've put in my username/e-mail details correctly and I've reset my password a number of times, doing both uppercase and lowercase versions, still says my details are incorrect. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
