Now TV app not working on ps4

I haven't been able to watch now tv for around a week. Just doesn't seem to load. I have deleted and reinstalled the app but no joy. No error codes just a black screen. Any ideas?

Thanks for getting in touch with us. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues at the moment.

 

Have you tried clearing the saved data for the NOW TV app? This is like clearing the cache on other devices and can improve performance helping with slow loading, buffering or error codes.

 

- Settings > System Storage Management > Application Saved Data >
clear NOW TV

 

Are you getting this on any other devices?
