Not working on ps4

My now tv on my ps4 isn't working it keeps coming up with error code 1301 is there anyway to fix it been like it for a week now

I believe this has now been sorted via Live Chat.

 

Please remember that you only ever need one account.  Once you start an account with a trial, if you start another account you'd be charged on it as your no longer entitled to a trial.
