You might have more luck posting your question within the dedicated 'PlayStation 4' sub-section and not within the 'NOW TV Box (white)' sub-section
Perhaps a nice forum moderator will move it for you!

Thanks for posting.
Can we ask you to ensure your card is up to date by going to "my account" and choosing "update card details" we'd recommend doing this on PC or Mac.
