I can't sign in with username or password

Hi, I'm new to now tv, and what a disappointment! I can't sign in what so ever on my ps4, it's as if the sign in button is deactivated when I use my correct details. If I purposely put the wrong password in I get further. What is going on ?!?!

You haven't necessarily put in the wrong details. Your account must be fully setup before most devices will allow you to login. Have a read of the help article at the link below
