How many times has your app stopped working?

Ladies and gentlemen,

I think I speak for all of us when I say that now TV is a pain the ****, when it works it's brilliant however we all have to deal with constant failing to launch or somethings not quite right messages or poor sound quality or even poor streaming quality, even when all your other streaming apps work perfectly fine. Below is the number of times I've had serious issues that have actually stopped me using the app, not including poor streaming quality.

5 times, each of these times have taken over two weeks to get resolved, 3 of these times have taken over a month, which means I've paid for 3 months worth of viewing which I did not get. I'm currently dealing with an issue which is so far on its second week.

Anyone else think this is fair, or even had similar issues please feel free to comment below.
