Help to save Data

Hi i was wondering if any of you Amazing people could possibly help me.
I love watching the tv shows on Now TV.. However it uses almost 1GB Per programme!!! Is there anyway i could tirn the resolution down to about 240 to save using all my data?

Welcome to the forum. Unfortunately NOW TV don't currently have any user-settings to reduce data usage or select lower resolution streaming, so for the time being you'll need to keep a close eye on your available monthly data when using NOW TV.
