I keep getting this error code when trying to watch The Arrow S4 ep1 on the PS4.

The status page shows no issues.

Anything I can do to fix this ?

i have just tried to watch modern family on my iPad Air 2 and it plays on there but it is still not playing anything on my ps4. Still coming up with the error code.

I have downloaded now TV and entered my free 3 months entertainment pass and this code keeps coming up, it has now been 20 hour since I entered my code and I am unable to watch anything. Please help.
