Error Code CTV-000

Not sure what this error is. Displaying on Samsung Smart TV all weekend. All other applications etc are working ok

Are you using the NowTV App on a PS4 and are your located in the UK or Republic of Ireland ?

 

Perhaps there is something in this thread with the same error code that can point you in the right direction (obviously if you are in the ROI make sure your settings are set to ROI and not the UK).
