A mistake

Hi now tv I accidentally clicked kids package instead of sports package I have no kids and just wanted it for the sports and found out I have got the wrong thing can you try help me out thanks!

I would suggest jumping over to live chat and explain to them what's happened, they should be able to help you out.

 

If you click on the link page below select Account and Orders and when presented on screen the topic options pick the one most relevant until the live chat button option appears on screen.
