cant log in on app on xbox but can on the browser on my phone

I cant log in on the app on xbox but i can on the nowtv website on my phone browser. Please could someone help me as i have emailed nowtv but had no response other than a survey! They have my bank details and im meant to have 3 months for free before i pay but cant even watch it.
