I can access Now TV on my PS4, but the app isn't available in the PSN store for Ireland via PS3 X bar
Tried setting up a UK account and then the app became available, but it won't let me login with my Irish details.
Any help would be great.

you can watch on PS4 but PS3 is not currently listed as a supported device. A UK account (which does support PS3) wouldn't work in ROI.

@Anonymous User Whilst I don't know what the ROI plans are, given there's a UK PS3 app I'd hope they will roll it out in time. Guess it's not surprising they'd concentrate on newer devices first. Hope it's not spoiling things too much for you! 🙂
