Error 6003

Every time I try to watch anything on now tv its comes up with error 6003 so I went on manage my devices and I still have an empty slot...

You can live chat the team by clicking the green 'contact us' button on the article and clicking 'Iive chat'. If you use that, they should reset it for you 🙂

I only have now tv signed in on my ps4 and PC but it's saying I've registered the maximum number of devices and used my monthly permitted change.
When I've only had it for 2 weeks, totally disappointed with this service

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum.  You can remove as many devices as you like, but can only add one device from the 1st day of each calendar month. Here's a help link to the help guide http://help.nowtv.com/article/Managing-Devices

 

Live Chat may be help out.  Click on this link http://help.nowtv.com/article/How-to-cancel-NOW-TV and hit the green Contact Us at the bottom of the page, this will take you to the Live Chat & Email options (8am - Midnight). Best to use a PC/Mac.

Thanks for getting in touch, sorry to hear you're having issues. Can you try deleting the app and then re-installing for me please. Also try deleting the NOW TV game data. Let us know how you get on.

Problem number 2, just got an xbox one and have tried watch now tv on it. It has then said too many devices, so I've gone on the website taken the ones I don't use to clear up the space, and it still won't let me watch any thing. I've read up and it says I can add another device on the 1st of every month? Is this some sort of joke? How can I add it before then?

@Anonymous User the quickest method is to jump on to Live Chat and explain your situation, they might be able to sort something out for you this month.

and at the bottom will be a Contact Us button, from here Live Chat should be available (hours are 8am-midnight).
