New user orange light

I am going live today and setting up my smart box but have an orange light above internet. When I trouble shoot it asked me to change my payment details as payment outstanding which I did, odd as they were correct and have tri d again and still no change. Any tips?

Welcome to the forum. If you're setting up the NOW TV hub (router) then it would be normal to have an orange light until you have been fully activated which could be anytime up to midnight. If you're switching from another provider then you can leave your old router connected until that stops working and then switch over to the NOW TV Hub. If it's a new line activation then just leave the hub plugged in and connected until it starts working,myou could also try rebooting it every hour or so.

 

If you're concerned at all about the activation feel free to give the broadband team a call and they can check everything's still on track but it's usually just a case of waiting.
