If you are referring to altering the bit-rate and resolution then no, not if you're accessing the NOW TV service using a hardware playback device such as a NOW TV 'branded' box, Roku box, LG, Samsung television. It might be different if you're accessing the NOW TV service using a portable device with built-in screen or a computer.
What's the make and model number of the device(s) you're using to access and play NOW TV content?
