trouble with NowTv Player on windows

I have not been able to load the NowTV Player for about a week. 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times but nothing has worked for me. 

I have troubleshot it on my computer but comes back and says nothing is wrong with it. 

 

Does anyone have advice for my problem?

Browser/Player version or Microsoft Store version?

 

Whichever, try the other one.

 

Oh, and sacrifice a goat.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

thank you for the help Rob but I have tried every version I have available with chrome and windows, neither have sorted the apps problem. 

The App must not like me at the moment lol
