"Unfortunately, we were unable to complete your purchase."

I have the Entertainment and Movies packages through BT, and these work fine on my phone, tablet and TV, but I get a "Unfortunately, we were unable to complete your purchase." error when trying to stream on my MacBook. 

 

I have the Now TV player installed, and 2 spare device spots left to claim so that's not the issue. I've also cleared cookies and cache with no luck. 

 

I did see a post about these issues on Windows which were supposedly fixed? Do any mods happen to have an idea as to what's going on and when we can expect a resolution?
