I’ve been getting the "Unable to load sign in, please try again later" message on my windows 7 laptop. iPhone is working fine (both on the same Wi-fi).
I can’t even look at account details etc. Tried chat help a few times but not very productive.
Tried different browsers, cleared history, cache etc. Reinstalled the player, all to no avail.
Does anyone know a fix or way round this? I’ve done a google search but can’t find a solution, though I’m not the only one who’s had this message.
