Thanks for getting in touch.

Can I ask have you tried a different browser and see if the same issue occurs?

I am also having exactly the same issue. The image jerks and slows down, then speeds up to catch up with audio. this happed through 90% of the film or program im watching.

I've tried different viewers. On two different laptops. programs and films, all different. Nothing changes :/.

Hi @Anonymous User ,

Thanks for getting back in touch, I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

Can you please try opening Silverlight.

Once open can you click on Playback tab.

Please ensure that you've unticked the second box and press ok.

Can you then clear your cache and then try to play out on your browser.

Please let us know how you get on.

Kind Regards,

Hi Karl,

Thank you for the help so far.

I followed the instructions, but still seem to be getting some degree of glitching with the audio and graphics.
