now tv player

I am trying to watch a movie on my computer and when i click start watching it load up the player and either the player will tell me to go to the website or it comes up with an error 20000. ive tried adding it as an exception on my anti virus, reinstalling it closing it down and reopening it. and one in every 20 tries the movie actually starts playing. im using windows 11

What browser, what antivirus, and to what Now program(s) have you made exception?

You might need to except one or mor hidden ones, and not the obvious now.exe

Let me know your answers so far, and I’ll look at the detail of this tomorrow.
