I can't offer much advice sorry because i don't use a PC for watching NowTV, have you tried rebooting both your PC and Router ?
What version of Windows are you using on your PC and are you using the NowTV player, Silverlight or the dedicated Windows App from the Windows App Store for Windows 8.1 and above ?
