new to now tv

I'm trying to watch now tv through my laptop but it is constantly buffering, stuttering and it is not easy to watch anything

my internet speed is over 3.5 and my Ethernet is connected straight to the laptop

what can I do to improve this?

I can't offer much advice sorry because i don't use a PC for watching NowTV, have you tried rebooting both your PC and Router ?

 

What version of Windows are you using on your PC and are you using the NowTV player, Silverlight or the dedicated Windows App from the Windows App Store for Windows 8.1 and above ?

@Anonymous User if it is running slow it might be your RAM getting clogged. Turn off everything that is running except virus protection and see how it runs. You might want to clear unnecessary programs too.

thank you very much for the reply. ive cancelled my prescription 😞 it's possible I might get it back in the future, if I get a new laptop
