monthl;y pass activation

despite over 3 hours of trying cant get my pass to activate. Have downloaded now tv app, and downlaoded microsoft siverlight, but everytime I try and watch something it claims I need to download microsoft silverlight again.

I am trying to activate on an ASUS PC OPERATING ON WINDOWS 8.1, any help gratefully received, hoping to watch the Lions game tomorrow morning !

For computer users running Windows 8.1 (or higher), it's recommended that you access and view the NOW TV service via the dedicated NOW TV Windows app and not via a browser.

 

After installing the new NOW TV Player app, it is advisable to completely remove the (now redundant) Silverlight plug-in from your computer. It is also advisable to remove any unnecessarily browsers you may have had to install in order to view the NOW TV service in the past.
