help pls

hi when i press play on trying to watch anything nothing works and the page just refreshes, also it sometimes pops up with a message saying that the system doesnt reconise the link

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you either haven't installed the NOW TV Player helper app, which the browser uses to play your chosen programme on, or it's not installed in the right place.

 

Pop onto the following help page

https://help.nowtv.com/article/watching-now-tv-on-a-mac

 

and about half way down there's a help tip with a link to download and install the Player. Once you've done this try playing something from your browser again.

 

Also make sure you log in with the same user account on your Mac each time you want to watch.
