Hi All,
Recently updated my Samsung Ativ Lite to windows 10 and the app no longer works...
Spoken to SIX now tv live chat help team tonight with no joy. c0262500 error code and no playback. Anybody got any ideas? Graphics driver is fully up to date.

I'm sorry to hear you've been getting this. It can be caused when either Windows or your graphics drivers need to be updated.
Are you able to try this for us?

Surface Book Pro 4 working fine 3 hours ago now error code c0262500, no updates installed and no changes. Works fine with Netflix. NowTV app on Windows 10 is a piece of crap not worth any more trouble, I'll get someting that works.

I also seem to be getting this error code. Habe been trying to watch The Walking Dead's latest episode now for the last two days and cannot. I have no updates due and have even tried uninstalling the app and then installing again still not working. I have checked my account and service status all up to date. I also not that you have just taken another months subscription from me. To say I am not very happy about this is an understatement. Please can someone get back to me ASAP or better still fix the problem!!

I have a HP pavilion laptop running on Windows 10. I have the app downloaded on the laptop and watch programs/films via the. I have had a similar problem once before but it seemed to right itself in a couple of days but not this time. I have tried again tonigh and it is still not working.
