error 20004

I am losing the will to live! I haven't managed to watch a full episode without getting the 20004 error.

I've tried reinstalling the player, resetting my router, fiddling around with settings on my laptop - anything else I can do before I cancel my membership and give up?

It works fine on the app on my phone but I'd like to watch it on a screen a little bigger than a few inches.

This problem is occurring every time Sky F1 goes to an advert break.
