ciscovideoguardmonitor

Hello,

Really looking for advice concerning an issue highlighted by my Apple Macbook pro but not positive that i am in the right place. I couldnt find a direct contact for NOWTV tecnical developers.

I received a message concerning an application called cisco videoguard monitor.

The message said that "ciscovideoguardmonitor" was not 64 bit compliant and to contact the developer as the developer needs to optimise the application. Suport for 32 bit applications ceased 2018 and is no longer supported.

After investigating this application, that was unknown to me before the issue, I have been directed to NOWTV as it is believed that "ciscovideoguardmonitor" was installed by NOWTV as part of their viewer software.

Hopefully I am in the right place and someone can advise me.

Is NOWTV responsible for this application?

Is it an old application that can be deleted or will this cease NOWTV viewer?

If NOWTV is not responsible for cisco videoguard monitor could you direct me to somebody who can help.

Thank you

Regards

Andrew

I got them same notice today, hopefully NowTV/Sky will update the app sooner rather than later but it probably all depends on how long Cisco take to go 64bit.
