cant watch movies on pc - loading probs

Hi. Ive setup and activated cinema on PC but cannot watch anything. I am using win 8. I have downloaded NowTV Player and made sure Silverlight is up to date. All I get are the 4 coloured circles going round and round. I have made sure that popups are enabled.

I can awtch movies on my mobile and tablet though

Hi welcome to the fourm, silver light is no longer supported, you say you have downloaded the new player? have you tried restarting the device
