cant stream on my laptop

is anyone having trouble streaming on their laptop at all? keeps telling me to install app even though its already installed

Did you download the Now TV player from the website or the app from the Microsoft App Store?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I have the same problem. 

Downloaded the App and downloaded the player. 

Log in. Play movie and the Player loads to a blue screen and then crashes. No error message

Try loading the app and it says to download the player event though I have the player already.

Cleared cookies. Rebooted laptop. still persists.
