cannot loAD on mac laptop

I am watching on my phone easy but i cannot load on my laptop. I downloaded this silverlight thing and that hasnt done anything. The movie just loads but never goes further. This is rediculous. There isnt even a phone number for help.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. In order to watch via a Mac you need to download the Now TV player if this has not prompt you to do this automatically you can download it here manually web.static.nowtv.com/watch/NOWTVPlayerInstaller.zip 🙂
