everytime i open the app i'm asked to sign in, on doing so i'm told give it a moment or check now tv for updates. third day now, any suggestions, seriously thinking of canceling but i just paid and might as well get what i've paid for

I personally have never used a PC/laptop to watch Now TV. Are you able to watch Now TV on another device such as iPad/Roku/LG TV?
