can NOT turn the Buddy off

I can NOT turn off the Buddy. I`ve tried to turn it off many times but it still continues to annoying me a lot.

on the buddy setting

There has been many issues reported about the buddy recently. 
If I were you I’d call the broadband team to see what they can do.

@Anonymous User You cannot turn Broadband Buddy off as such, the best you can do is select 18+ in the settings.
