browser problems

anyone else have this problem 5th sept my opera browser is all of a sudden an unsupported browser.

also tried Edge same response if anyone knows how to fix tks

Unsupported how? A message you get when you try to open the browser, or just one you get when trying to open Now?

Have you tried restarting your device? Ensuring all your operating software is up to date?

Using a ‘clean’ browser you haven’t customised, preferably haven’t used before, like Firefox or Safari?

If still no go, though, please come back with hardware and OS details.

i get on the website no problem it is only unsupported when i click on what i want to watch and also tried with edge which i have never used or set up operating system win 8.1 nothing has been altered and had not issues viewing films or entertainment till 5th sept tks

I had this problem on the same day as you i had to download Firefox in the end to get it to work,i have to say this is one of the worst websites i have ever encounted constant "Sorry something went wrong" every day not giving promised tennis coverage i only got it for the US open will defo be dumping this crap after the final

Same date, same problem.  Opera browser.  Unable to get any response or help from NowTV.  FAQs are useless too.  Also takes several attempts to log in.  I have cleaned up and rebooted.

to all tks help seems firefox is the solution installed firefox and nowtv now streaming the programmes.

just gotta see how long this lasts
