According to sky I'm a video pirate so they've blacked access to my watching TV, even though they have zero evidence and haven't bothered to check or provide any resolution. It's the sort of arrogant mindless behaviour you'd expect from a monopolist
Is it really too hard for a £billion company to provide customer service?
Now wont' last 5 years if it alienates core customers like me. Bad business, rubbish customer service, lousy tech.
