Windows app still broken.

The windows app does not connect and has been this way for over a week. I cannot get in touch with support, the live chat system does not work. Given the age of the posts here I'm not expecting much, but can anyone help?

Have you installed the Now TV player via the website?

Found this possible solution on another thread, hopefully it works for you.

Ive been having this problem for the last few days too, everything was working fine until suddenly the player refused to load properly and would just shut down after a few seconds. Reinstalling the player didn't help.

I have just found an old thread with a solution that worked for me!

https://community.nowtv.com/t5/PC-Mac/Player-keeps-crashing/td-p/497512

"Navigate to C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow

Delete the Cisco folder

Open NowTV Player and it should work.

If this doesn't fix it, delete that cisco folder as well as any NowTV folder inside C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming

Then reinstall NowTV Player

Tested on Windows 10 x64"

Just deleting Cisco in LocalLow worked for me.

Hope this helps!

Unfortunately deleting the Cisco folder and NOW TV folders in AppData didn't work for me. Thanks anyway!

@Anonymous User  what browser are you using? Videos stopped working for me when loaded through Firefox, but tried Chrome today, which seems to work. I deleted all Now TV data from App Data first and did a fresh install before trying through Chrome.

I've tried Firefox, Edge, and Chrome, but no luck.

Sorry can’t really be much more help as I’ve not used Now TV on my laptop.

All I can suggest is to send an email to customer support with screenshots. Address is in the below picture.
