I think the ‘aero theme’ issue is that Windows drops the aero theme when it’s distressed or low on resources. In those same circumstances, NowTV likewise runs out of puff.
But it’s not really to do with aero themes, or the lack of them.
Which version of Windows are you on?
Are you trying to use the browser/player combination or the Windows Store stand-alone NowTV app?
if the browser/player, try in a different browser, or try the Windows Store app. And vice versa.
If still no go, what error or halt are you getting where?
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
