'We have detected screen recording software'

So, I'm very stumped. 

I've seen my videos stop with the message 'We have detected screen recording software' a couple times and it's always just been that I forgot to close Zoom after a meeting or something. However, today it won't play anything and keeps repeating the same message 'We have detected screen recording software'. NOWTV is the only thing open on my computer, and it was working absolutely fine yesterday. I've reloaded the app, restarted my computer...nothing. I'm so confused. I haven't downloaded any new apps or anything since yesterday, when it had no problems.

 

Has anyone ever dealt with this?

I don't use a PC or Mac myself for watching NOW, but if you type something like "Screen Recording Software" in the Community Search box, you will find various threads where users have found different software running in the background that was causing it.
