Very Poor Audio streaming quality on new NowTV player

I am using my laptop on windows 10 with firefox and after installing the nowtvplayer app the audio quality is awful it skips, echos and stutters constantly so I unistalled it but cannot seem to find a way of streaming without this app??? surely if you are going to force ppl to use your app then you should make sure it actually works???

I don't use a PC when watching NowTV, but i have read mixed reports from Windows 10 members using the dedicated NowTV App from the Microsoft Store (which is not the same app to the nowtv player when using your internet browser).

 

If you are having sound issues with the nowtv player, perhaps see if the NowTV App from the Microsoft Store works better for you.

 

Suppose there is no harm in trying it, only one word of caution that the NowTV App will count has an extra device even though you are adding it to the same PC (hopefully you have a free slot spare in your maximum device allocation).
