Trying to watch a movie, the sign: VSF:SHAKA_ERROR_3016, keeps coming up, anyone know what this means and how to resolve it please?

What's the movie called, where I can see if the film is working for me.

Where sometimes this error code could be an issue NOW end with regards to content delivery.

No idea if this will get you much further forward, though it may reveal what Now are using for playback on Macs.

If you let us know what the movie is, as @schnapps has asked, I can try it on my iMac.

And if you let us know which Mac you have exactly, and what MacOS, I can see if it is at all comparable to mine.
