I've been using my MacBook Pro to watch NOWTV for weeks. Today I can't watch anything on NOWTV as I get a the following message"Unfortunately, we're not able to complete you purchase at this time". I have a paid account via BT TV, and I'm still able to watch via a smart phone on the same account. VERY ignoring!

me too, did you sort your issue out? I have contacted BT who say it is a NOW TV issue, but obviously cannot get any help on this at the moment?
